Property Sistahs Code of Conduct

Each of us represents not only ourselves, but the entire Property Sistahs brand. Our actions, words, and conduct— especially in challenging situations—are a reflection of our collective values. While we cannot control how others choose to behave, we are always responsible for how we respond.

 

Professionalism means choosing collaboration over conflict, respect over reaction, and integrity over emotion—even when the other side does not extend the same courtesy. It means handling disagreements with grace, communicating with intention, and maintaining a standard that aligns with the mission and reputation of Property Sistahs.

I encourage each of us to:

• Treat one another with respect at all times

• Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally

• Hold ourselves to a higher standard, regardless of circumstances
   

Remember that our individual behavior reflects on the organization as a whole Property Sistahs was built on the foundation of sisterhood, excellence, and accountability. Let us continue to honor that

foundation by working together professionally and leading by example—especially when it’s difficult. We are committed to showing what is possible when women of color support one another with intention, respect, and unity.
